YOUR FIRST VISIT

Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted by one of the staff members, who will provide you with some intake forms to fill out. You will then be escorted to a private room to meet the Doctor, where he will introduce you to a noninvasive evaluation process:

• A comprehensive physical examination with chiropractic orthopedic tests

• Digital X-rays, if required

• Report of findings

• A customized treatment plan
